Online Billpay

Payments received after 3:00 p.m. EST, or those received on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Payment must be processed by 3:00 p.m. EST on the 10th of each month to avoid the 10% Late Charge.

Payment must be processed by 8:00 a.m. EST on the 20th of each month to avoid disconnection for non-payment.

 

If your service has been disconnected you can make your payment online. A $40.00 Reconnection Fee must be added to your current balance. YOU MUST notify our office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. to have your SERVICE RECONNECTED. If using the online payment option, your payment must be confirmed to schedule your reconnection.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct information below. You can pay lump sums on your account. However, the payment MUST be greater then the amount currently due to avoid the District’s penalty and delinquent policy. ANY unpaid balance is subject to the District’s penalty and delinquent policy. Please do not pay multiple accounts at the same time. If you are needing to pay multiple accounts, you must send payments separately and each transaction will be charged a convenience fee.

If you have multiple accounts with PVWD, each location’s account number and payment amount must be processed separately. Each individual payment will receive it’s own Approval Code.
